We supplied tenants with pumpkins and they brought them back today decorated and we had a vote and gave prizes to the winners. Stellar Bank won first prize and Sharon at Wellstone another prize. The tenants loved visiting and getting a sweet treat! We even put on some Halloween tunes. A Happy Halloween was had by all!
