Healthy Habits for Back to School (and Office!)

As we prepare ourselves to say “good-bye” to the relaxed schedules of summertime and return to the daily routines of school and work, we are all faced with shouldering heavy loads – both figuratively and literally!
In this webinar, Dr. Nathan Guthrie, DC, will offer implementable education on the proper techniques to carry backpacks and/or brief-bags during your commute, the proper posture while in transit and at your desk, and some great dynamic movements and stretches to improve your physical well-being during the school- and/or workday.
After the exercises are taught (and practiced a few times!), Dr. Fegan will lead the group in a short meditation to further benefit the parasympathetic nervous system.
After the conversation, the discussion will be open for a live Q&A.
