Grief can be experienced, felt, and reflected upon in many different ways. When we grieve, we lose our bearings, our safety, and sense of security. It’s as if our world has been turned upside down, and our previous life of normalcy no longer feels attainable. During these trying times, we’re all grieving the loss of community and connection.
