We were all born with a body capable of free movement. However, years of sitting at a desk and poor movement mechanics have left us tight, injury prone, and potentially incapable of reaping all the benefits when we do workout. In this free workshop, learn the six foundational movement patterns you need to add to your workout routine to ensure optimum efficiency and overall body adaptations, as well as ways to progress each movement to fit your level.
Dane Halle has been in the fitness industry for 17 years, training hundreds of clients of all ages and ability levels. He believes workouts don’t have to be super fancy or technical in order to see results; rather change comes from focusing on doing the basic movements well, consistently, and under progressively increased resistance.
