Fatigue is often described as an exhaustive weariness or “drained” feeling that can be brought on by work, family, physical exertion, environment, and/or stress. Most of us feel a sense of temporary fatigue at one point or another (and maybe more often than normal in the last 15 months!), but for some – fatigue can truly linger, limit, persist, and relapse.
This presentation, led by Functional Medicine physician Dr. Ryan Dorough, DC, offers the “top 10” reasons for feeling this kind of lingering fatigue as well as opportunities and solutions to feel better!
