Sorry…
Temporarily closed
Good Afternoon Innovation Park Tenants,
First and foremost, I hope this note finds everyone safe, happy, and well. As most of you may be aware, North Carolina’s Governor Cooper will be enacting Phase 2.5 of the Executive Order effective Friday, September 4, 2020. While this phase does allow limited use of fitness centers throughout the state, the East and West Power Fitness Centers at Innovation Park will remain closed. This is due to the fact that Accesso is unable to adhere to and monitor the occupancy rates (no more than 30% of the maximum capacity), as well as the inability to sanitize the fitness centers properly after each use. While the fitness centers remain closed to the tenants here at Innovation Park, memberships will remain frozen and monthly fees will not be drafted from anyone’s account until we can safely re-open to the building.
Beginning Tuesday, September 8, 2020, Conferencing centers will be available to tenants at Innovation Park with a reservation. These reservations will be limited to one reservation per day so that our janitorial staff can properly sanitize after each use. Please keep in mind that masks will need to be worn at all times inside the Conferencing Centers and that tenants will need to adhere to the guidelines in Phase 2.5 of the NC Executive Order.
Accesso is also working with food vendors and food trucks for meal options at Innovation Park. While the Bistro and iJava will remain closed until further notice, we are hoping to have some options available for those employees who are coming to the building. Please stay tuned for further information on food offerings. As a reminder, the iMart is still open as well.
Please also be aware that there is a mask requirement in the common areas at Innovation Park, which includes common area restrooms, elevators and hallways/corridors. Additionally as important is the need for social distancing to ensure that we are combating the spread of COVID-19.
As always, we at Accesso appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding as we navigate these uncertain times. The safety of our tenants, employees, support staff, and community partners is our top priority.
Sincerely,
Jennie Mullis
Property Manager
